Gearrate faced the challenge of utilizing multiple task management and communication apps. This resulted in a cumbersome and confusing process for collaborating on tasks. Recognizing the need for a more efficient solution, Gearrate sought a custom internal app that would combine all the necessary features and communication channels into one streamlined platform.

In collaboration with their team, we identified the key features they required for their various applications. Utilizing our expertise, we developed a highly customized internal app that combines all of these features into one comprehensive tool.

One of the standout features we integrated is a task management system, inspired by the popular platform Trello. This functionality allows staff members to effortlessly add, edit, and delete tasks. They can also include essential metadata such as descriptions, attachment files, and comments. To ensure utmost security, we implemented strict privacy settings, granting access only to authorized personnel.

Another crucial aspect of our app is the robust chat feature. Staff members can engage in real-time communication with one another, fostering seamless collaboration. To keep everyone in the loop, we incorporated automatic notification capabilities. Users receive alerts whenever tasks they are following undergo changes or when new messages are posted in their designated chatrooms.
